Bridging Healthcare, Artificial Intelligence, and Human-Centered Innovation

I believe AI should enhance human-centered healthcare, not replace it. Through my Handshake framework, I explore how clinicians and AI can collaborate responsibly to improve patient outcomes, strengthen decision-making, and create more efficient healthcare systems while keeping people at the center of care.

Who is Angela?

Angela Coffie, BSN, RN

Bridging Healthcare, Artificial Intelligence, and Human-Centered Innovation

Pediatric Nurse • DNP Student • Clinical Systems Designer • WordPress Creator

Hello and welcome! My name is Angela Coffie, BSN, RN. I explore how AI and healthcare can work together to improve patient care, streamline workflows, and support evidence-based decision-making! I am also a clinical systems designer, working on EHR workflows so nurses like me can spend less time charting and more time caring for our patients.

Why nursing?

Since I was young, I’ve always had a special affinity for caring for people, especially children. After seeing how hard the adults around me worked, and watching them move through seasons of sickness and health, I wanted to be someone they could turn to for rest (rest for their minds, bodies, and souls) while I helped nurse them back to life. As I continued in nursing school, volunteering and serving in different settings, that calling became even clearer. Working with children is something I deeply value, and I’m committed to helping make healthcare better for every patient I serve.

Let’s connect!
